Took truck in for a DOT inspection, they told me my truck failed inspection and had a $3000 list of things to be replaced. I said I was getting another opinion, they still charged me for the DOT inspection a failed inspection and had a $3000 list of things to be replaced. I said I was getting another opinion, they still charged me for the DOT inspection and a diagnostic fee. Took to another shop the next day and it passed DOT inspection, the service department is a joke at this dealership. I told them I removed my fuse because my horn was malfunctioning and constantly going off. Apparently the service department doesn't talk to the technicians because it took quite a while for the tech to find that the problem with my horn was that my fuse was missing! So they charge $100 to put a fuse back when I told them I took it out and that they'd need to put it back in. When picking up truck there were multiple small vacuum air hose lines that were disconnected and 1 that was broke. Terrible service department that I will never recommend to anyone. More

Your service dept mis-aligned my Fusion Hybrid three times after I purchased new tires; causing the car to jerk back and forth violently on slippery roads. About a month later I returned for service and was told that It was discovered that your alignment rack was out of adjustment causing it to give an incorrect alignment. However, no one from your dept contacted me to bring my car back to correct the problem. Also, I had to sit and wait for several hours each time for the alignment. You did not have any loaner cars for me. That is something that is provided for me at other dealerships. More
