Took car in for an oil change. Had to get the “Special” which included tire rotation and inspections. Other wise, oil change only was $15 more. Cabin air filter was changed and service personnel failed to which included tire rotation and inspections. Other wise, oil change only was $15 more. Cabin air filter was changed and service personnel failed to reinstall panel correctly, so it fell out a week later. Service personnel determine it was necessary to replace all the lug nuts. Three of the lug nuts had just been replaced by the owner due a prior tire rotation which had screwed them up. All lug nuts were ok prior to taking the car in for service. New lug nets were $5 apiece. So my “Special” service package cost $100 more than necessary. Not pleased with performance. More
