When I brought my car in I was standing for about 20 minutes in the service center before anyone even acknowledged my presence, much less helped me. A couple of the guys looked like they were actually w minutes in the service center before anyone even acknowledged my presence, much less helped me. Maybe they were on break, I don’t know, but someone easily could have just acknowledged me and let me know someone would be with me soon. But what’s the point of scheduling a time to drop off your car if no one is there to help you at that time and you just wait for 20 minutes? My issue was fixed, so there’s that.
