Isaiah sold me a beautiful 2018 Escape. His customer service was the best I’ve received anywhere. He spent lots of time listening to me and answering all my questions. I’m a manager in a retail store and believe that sales means serving the customer and I teach that to all my employees. Unfortunately I’ve gotten the impression from other sales people at Ford that I was just a number and a commission. I’m super happy I worked with Isaiah and hope he shares his skills with the rest of the staff there. I would refer everyone I know to Ford because of Isaiah. More

Easy to work with. Would have liked a better understanding of the difference in Ford's Extended Warranty, Premium Care package and Ford's Vehicle Service Contract. Are they all the same? The service writers are accepting work that the staff can't do. They claim that once it goes to the "Dispatcher" they don't see the schedule and can't do anything about it. Respect people's time.
