The experience Isaiah was able to give was truly remarkable. Most salesmen try selling you things and obviously yes thats their job. Isaiah was able to see i was not interested and did not haggle me like most do. He was able to inform me of many things of the vehicle and allowed me to have my time to look. I also dont know the area and having him as a passenger was great. Overall id rate his service 10/10. Whenever i look at getting another vehicle in the future i hope he sells me one or someone just like him because the experience was one in a million. Its hard to find a saleman that genuine and i hope this review helps people or staff realize how %100 this guy is. Also i would like to specify as well as everyone else that helped me throughout the purchase was top notch especially Dale! Dale was able to make time for Isaiah and myself to get a better look of the underside (access to lift) and give valuable information on things either Isaiah or myself didnt know. More

The rear window hinges were broken off by the service tech when I brought my Explorer in for service to repair my rear window wiper motor and I was still charged the full amount of a repair that I hadn't tech when I brought my Explorer in for service to repair my rear window wiper motor and I was still charged the full amount of a repair that I hadn't planned on. I'm on a fixed income and have to pre-plan my repairs. At first, I wasn't even offered a discount when I was told what had happened and when I brought it up I was made to feel as though it was my own fault that the rear window hinges broke off because they were in bad shape. So then I left the service area and went in through the sales area and I asked to speak with the general manager but for some reason he wouldn't see me and he had me sent to the service manager. I spoke to the service manager and he took off $200 in labor for a repair that I felt wasn't my fault nor had I planned on. Because the situation was taken care of and I was made to feel that I was appreciated as a customer, I will be going back in the future. More
