Communication between who was servicing my car and myself was spotty at best, problems arose that were not predicted, and I didn't have access to my car for over a week, and the majority of that week, I had was spotty at best, problems arose that were not predicted, and I didn't have access to my car for over a week, and the majority of that week, I had to contact the shop to see if the car was done. It wasn't until 2 days after they were scheduled to be done did I finally get a hold of the employee in charge of my car, and he told me that my vehicle had been ready for a couple hours and was waiting for me to pick up. This may be a one-time-thing, but I will not be returning to Tenvoorde for any servicing my car needs. More

I was completely satisfied with the service I received. Had no appointment, it was Saturday and was busy but still my wait was minimal. The service was good! it was very difficult for them to find the problem but once they did they fixed it and let us drive it for a week to make sure it was fixed.
