Very satisfied overall- but wish they would have reset the oil change indicator for me instead of me having to figure it out. I keep getting oil change required message and we just had it done! More

We are sorry for your experience. We did tell you that if the running boards would not come off, we would not torch cut them off. Because we live in Minnesota and the vehicle is 7 model years old, the running boards were rusted underneath, so the bolts would not come off with the high impact drill. We did not notice the chip in the very upper passenger side near the roof of the vehicle, so we did what your insurance would have done, which is fill the chip. Insurance companies do not replace windshields unless the chip is in the drivers line of sight and we follow the same practice. We could have done a better job matching the touch up paint color. If you would like us to either provide you with your own paint or if you want us to reapply the proper color, please reach out to Hayden to schedule that.
