Wannabcomic, we are sorry for your experience. Our advisors will make recommendations based on the vehicles mileage according to the manufactures recommendations. They are supposed to look at the vehicle service history before making the recommendations but it sounds like they did not for you. If something like this does happen, the service technician is trained to look at the history and prevent the service from being performed a second time. Again, we apologize for the misunderstanding and our mistake, it certainly was not an attempt to take advantage of anyone.
