Jody, we are sorry for your experience. It appears this stems from the conversations you had in February. First talking with the salesperson, then to accessory manager about a lift for the Bronco, and finally to finance manager without everyone knowing the full story. They did as I asked and they asked if I would like a vehicle wash, I said yes and they notified me when finished. It took very little time. Less than normal as it was a slow moment in the day. More
