Purchased a 2020 F150 king ranch We purchased under coating, Paint sealant, We dropped the truck off over night came to pick it up asked if everything was done was told yes. Got home looked under the truck no under coating was done. Truck was dirty so no paint sealant was done. Had to reschedule 3 weeks later. What a scam. All the paperwork was filled out saying it was done. I can't believe you treat your customers like this. Would never do business with you again. But I guess I am locked in because if I don't I lose my warranty. Another scam that I can't have my vehicle serviced at a ford dealer 2 miles from my house. I have to drive 38 miles back to the dealer I bought the truck from. I am locked into a poor service center that I wouldn't trust to even do my oil changes after what they did the first go around. As I previously worked for a Ford Dealer I know how important it is to make sure if a woman/girl is buying a vehicle make sure you follow up with her. Some women would get really upset because they were the one buying the vehicle and the guy with them was getting all the notices and calls. Just an fyi. I have seen women walk out of a dealership because of this. All in all the experience was good. Like I said sales guy was good, finance guy was great. Our overall experience was great. More
