The salesperson we worked with was excellent, however there were some discrepancies in a negotiated deal that were not met by the dealer. They did work to close the gap on this error, but certainly put a damper on the whole process! I felt very bad for our salesperson Mike for having to make the phone call to tell us of their error! He handled the situation with class and knew that we’d be upset. Highly recommend Mike for future dealings. More

Above and beyond! I recently bought 10 ply tires for my brand new F150 so that it would haul my RV easier. In the process one of my clamp on mirrors had a plastic clip I recently bought 10 ply tires for my brand new F150 so that it would haul my RV easier. In the process one of my clamp on mirrors had a plastic clip broken making it useless. Jim my service advisor went over and above and when he couldn't get the clip he got me a new mirror. This was a class act and I will always remember this. What a great way to treat customers! BRAVO. The new tires are great and the work was performed flawlessly. Thank You! More
