I was charged prior to letting me know. We needed and new battery for my husbands car and it’s a pain to change so we brought in to have them change it. They also noticed that the tires needed replaced. So they replaced them also. When I went to pain to change so we brought in to have them change it. They also noticed that the tires needed replaced. So they replaced them also. When I went to get my husbands car I had them explain the tire number. They explained it using a penny and yes it was very helpful to me! So when I explained it to my husband he could understand also. I have never had an issue ever when I have brought my car here to get it looked at. These people are Awesome!!! Thanks More

Terrible service never had to in my life push the finance guy to do his job let alone had to have my wife handle all the financing. All to find our the financing guy didn’t even run it through all the instit guy to do his job let alone had to have my wife handle all the financing. All to find our the financing guy didn’t even run it through all the institutions he could have and we went to another dealership and got approved in 20 mins over the phone. Tenvoorde has lost my business and hope they are ok with it as I have boughten 4 vehicles from them. After all the work we had to do we asked the general manager to budge on the price by 2 grand because of the day’s upon days of being on the phone with financing and his response was it’s already a good deal so no. We went to cornerstone ford and got approved right away and with the same bank that tenvoorde couldn’t seem to get sorted. Not to mention the finance guy at cornerstone took it a step further and tried one other finance path just to get us better terms to which was even better. I left with less payments then tenvoorde stated and a brand new 2020 Ford F-150 and all I had to do was sit back and drink a Mountain Dew and sign paperwork. Your loss tenvoorde! More
