Sarah, again we apologize for the confusion. We could not get the loan approved with the hitch added and it was not added to any of your final paperwork. I am not sure how that was not understood at final paperwork signing. As we originally stated, we will sell you a hitch at cost but we did not give you a price originally becuase we did not have that information on hand. We never refused selling you a hitch. Our process when selling items at cost is to do the research as to what we buy products from suppliers for, then pass that price to you. That information needs to come from the parts and service director and is not on hand for our sales team to access. I believe this is where the confusion sits. After the sale we were trying to narrow down what you wanted and never got final approval or payment to place the order. I truly believe this was not done intentional, rather a lot of confusion between the 4 staff members involved with your purchase and the hitch with/without wiring and with/without install after the sale. I tried to get involved and resolve the hitch situation and as I was narrowing down what you wanted you just got more upset with me that I didn't know the conversations you had with the 3 others involved, thats why I got the sales manager on the phone with us. I would love to help out and I was just looking to get more information about the whole situation, not upset you. We strive to learn from our mistakes so it does not happen again and I am very sorry this happened to you. I will text you that hitch information today as promised. David Rodriguez.
