1) took it in for a warranty repair and electrical issue. $500 2) picked it up $3000 later with a new water pump and warranty work not done!!!! 3) needed to take it back in 2 weeks later for warranty work. $500 2) picked it up $3000 later with a new water pump and warranty work not done!!!! 3) needed to take it back in 2 weeks later for warranty work. Why they scheduled me without the warranty parts I’m not sure. And a water pump on a Ford Flex is $2000? Seriously? This service department is why I no longer own ford. Had issues 20 years ago and it hasn’t changed. More

I was able to do Jim's truck off quickly and get a ride to work. I asked if it could please be completed by 230 as I needed to leave early and it was! The tech that helped me even was kind enough to have t to work. I asked if it could please be completed by 230 as I needed to leave early and it was! The tech that helped me even was kind enough to have the truck brought to my work as I was just coming back from 3 wks off due to having covid and pneumonia. It was nice but to have to leave work to go pick it up!! Kudos! More
