The staff with the Service department are friendly and knowledgeable. When my 1999 Z71 couldn't start, Jim told me the fuel pump needed to be fixed. Service group is great, sales floor was worse experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, 1st truck would not start, 2nd truck wrong keys, THEN After spending over an hour repeating myself that I was there t I have ever had.
