Every time I took the car in for service I was told that it was ok. Have a 2007 Kia Sorrento and from day one have had three major problems with it. Every time I took the car in for service I was told that it was ok. Then the car was recalled for the passenger side airbag and that was fixed. The most serious problem was with the braking system. If you own a 2007 sorrento please get it checked out . The problem is with the Hydraulic Module, if this goes it feels like you are driving on ice and you will have no control of the car when you brake. I would not recommend a Kia to any one they just keep denying everything until it gets recalled. More
I recently had my purse stolen along wtih my car keys. I went to the tempe kia dealership to get a couple replacements made. I was borrowing someone elses car to do this since I didn't have keys to my car. went to the tempe kia dealership to get a couple replacements made. I was borrowing someone elses car to do this since I didn't have keys to my car. I got the copies and went home to try them out. They did not fit. I returned to the dealership the next day to have them corrected. When I tried this second set they also did not fit. So I am returning, to a different dealership, for the third time to get my keys made. The gentlemen who helped me at the tempe dealership was very simpathetic and apologized for the inconvenience. It has been a huge inconvenience and I have not been able to drive my car for three days. I don't know if it was the actual key machine that was faulty or the employees workmanship, but either way the parts department at tempe kia needs to address this problem to avoid further frustration of other customers. More
Greg took care of my needs both on the phone and in person, He did what he said he was going to do. Not a lot of lip service. Greg was pleasant to work with. Improvements are in the paperwork. The Kia Soul was our second choice for a new vehicle but we could not be happier that the original car of choice (Hyundai Volster) was unavailable in the color/package combination we wanted. John Nichols was friendly from the moment we stepped on the lot and quite helpful especially given our very specific color/package needs. Our sales person, John Nichols, was outstanding! He made the experience of shopping for a new Optima EX a pleasant experience. My niece was looking for a specific model, color, and package and it wasn't ava the experience of shopping for a new Optima EX a pleasant experience. My niece was looking for a specific model, color, and package and it wasn't available on the lot. John did his did his best to locate the car. It took a couple of weeks, but he kept us informed of his progress. It was worth the wait ... she got the exact car she wanted! I would also like to commend the finance person, Kiko, that we worked with. He was able to find financing that worked for us ... AND ... followed up by calling my niece a week after we signed our deal and was able to get her the alarm at no extra cost. John and Kiko are an asset to this company as well as great to work with! When I am ready for my next vehicle, I will definately want those two to deal with again! Kudos Guys!! More
