I was not looking to buy a car from Kia but was there to test drive the Optima so that I can compare,to the Sonata. George and Greg were able to,show me exactly what I was looking for and we ended up buying test drive the Optima so that I can compare,to the Sonata. Came in to purchase a '12 or '13 optima. They low balled me on my trade. Other dealers were offering $1000 more without having to even bring it in, via a quote in email. Warren said to come back the next me on my trade. Other dealers were offering $1000 more without having to even bring it in, via a quote in email. Warren said to come back the next day as another manager was working the desk and he thought he could get more out of my trade. Glad I decided to call before just showing up as Warren still wasnt able to get a better appraisal for me. Finally 2 days later I called the dealership again for Warren and he basically said they were too far away from their monthly goal to work a deal with me. Later that day I was able to get a better deal at Nick Mayer. Glad I kept shopping. Pros....Close to IKEA for hotdogs Cons ..... gave me the run around, didnt return my calls, very unreasonable trade appraisal. More

I would recommend them to everyone I did not have to haggle over the price. They gave the Ad Car and the Ad Price even though I was several days late and it was not some stripped down old model it was a haggle over the price. They gave the Ad Car and the Ad Price even though I was several days late and it was not some stripped down old model it was a new 2013 and it was on all they had in stock not jsut the one!!. It was the best deal in town and I shopped other places. It was nice friendly and no intimadation or bull. Went in as a first time car buying, not thinking that I would be able to get what I wanted and in my price range. I came in late on Tuesday night and needed to come back on Wednesday to finalize. I had an outstanding experience with Tempe Kia. Stacey was friendly, knowledgeable, always had an answer to my numerous questions, and was always available.
