DO NOT buy from this dealership. They make you sign a NON-REFUNDABLE $1000 down deposit if your car is not on their lot (which is happening frequently given the state of car invento They make you sign a NON-REFUNDABLE $1000 down deposit if your car is not on their lot (which is happening frequently given the state of car inventory). As far as I know having called other Kia dealerships in the Valley, NO ONE ELSE requires a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment! In fact, one Kia dealership in South Scottsdale was shocked and horrified at that, and had no idea anyone was forcing customers to do that. They had never heard of that! That means obviously OTHER KIA DEALERSHIPS give much higher customer service, customer caring, and are not money grabbers taking advantage of people when they are vulnerable shoppers, as I was, still in shock over my engine blowing up on the freeway the day before. I SINCERELY REGRET having gone to Tempe Kia. In my opinion, since you can shop AT ANY OTHER KIA dealership than Tempe Autoloop, as they are all over the Valley, absolutely DO NOT shop at Tempe Kia. I came in for routine service about 15 minutes early for my appointment. My vehicle went right in and was back out well before it was promised.
