In addition, he was quick sending (texting and emailing) vehicle info. After purchasing the vehicle from him, he went over the vehicle in GREAT detail. That was extremely good. The wait for the consultant was reasonable. The service consultant was very friendly, listen well and answered my questions fully. I feel I was treated "special". I waited for the service to be completed, which was done as promised. Consultant visited with me in the lounge to provide an update on progress of work on the car and at the end unexpectedly for me accompanied me to check-out. More
