We would stand under a tree in the shade while he would run to get another set of keys for me to drive each car I liked. He was never once pushy and always had a smile on his face. This is our 18th car in 14 years. Only 3 have been purchased used and this was our first trip to Tempe Honda. My 17 year old son and I were shopping for a used car for my daughter. Once we parked and exited our vehicle, we were greeted by Kenny Melville. I explained to him the "stipulations" that our kids have as far as price and type of vehicle that they are allowed to get. Once informed, Kenny took us around the lot and showed us our options. We had settled on two cars (prelude and accord). With their service department finding problems with the prelude, we went with the accord. Kenny made sure that we were taken care of every step of the way. Once everything was said and done, we were off to show my daughter her "new car". She loved it and in all honesty, this is one of the better dealerships that I've done business with. Needed an oil change as well as two recalls on my 2007 Honda Fit (light switch and power locks). I went in without an appointment and had very good, fast service. I was out in 1.5 hours. I've been bringing my car to Robert Leiler for a few years now and he is by far one of the greatest service advisors I've had. He is always knowledgeable and is very quick to answer any questions regard years now and he is by far one of the greatest service advisors I've had. Jackie Clark was very nice and respectful when I was at the cashiers desk to pay for my service. She answered a few questions I had regarding the paperwork that was given to me and seemed very attentive to the situation.
