Good service and helpful people. A caution for the pick up procedure: 1. A man called out Mr. Jones and went over paperwork, which seemed puzzling to me. After 5 minutes I realized t A caution for the pick up procedure: 1. A man called out Mr. Jones and went over paperwork, which seemed puzzling to me. After 5 minutes I realized the paperwork was for another Mr. Jones! It would be helpful to call out first and last names when there are common last names. 2. The car was brought up and I drove away 1 block and realized I wasn't given the key fob. I stopped and searched the car and could not find the fob. I drove back and another attendant found the fob between the driver seat and the console. This dealership is apparently the only dealership in town which does not offer shuttle/Uber services. More
