Not such a good experience this time. Went for a tire repair since I have road hazard policy and was told it would take most of the day because they didn’t have a tire. Also initially asked me if I wanted to do my maintenance check at the same time. Not thinking the tire would take long, I said no but not asked again when it was confirmed they’d have it for the day. Upon receipt the maintenance sticker was marked as if maintenance service had been done, but once I inquired,found it had not. Glad I asked. More

Bought a 2024 Venza Limited from another dealer because Temecula Toyota could not get the one we wanted. Even though I purchased it elsewhere, they’ve been very helpful as far as service. “Toyota Dale“ was Temecula Toyota could not get the one we wanted. Even though I purchased it elsewhere, they’ve been very helpful as far as service. “Toyota Dale“ was one of the best and most helpful salesman I have ever encountered in my 76 years. Needless to say the new cars are very complex software wise. Dale spent an hour with us explaining it, showing us how to operate it properly with features we never knew existed. Can’t say enough good things about this guy, Dale. He even adjusted the settings in my iPhone so that it would work better with the Venza. Many thanks Dale! More
