At the Temecula dealership, the line to drop off one’s car became so long that people were forced to wait in the street but team members quickly sorted us out into a double line so everyone was able to wait safely to check in. I feel that my car is well taken care of and no one tries to “up sell” me services I don’t require. The one area where I think improvement could be made is shortening the wait time after you have checked out. I waited quite a while for them to bring my car around. It could be that I was there at the very busiest time. Thank you for your service. It is appreciated. More

This is my third Toyota Corolla I’ve leased and each time they get better and better. Dale my salesmen was great! He knew this car like he built it himself.
