Only wish there was a "queuing system" showing / illustrating your vehicle being in the type of service area it came in for that the customer could see. Oil change, tire rotation, wheel alignment, point inspection. " + 1250pm decided to head home, told desk attendee " short blondish hair / orange " that I was going to head home for a zoom call. She said she didn't need my information for me departing... + 10-9-24 got call at 0927am about my vehicle being ready for pickup + Alonna Herrera: payment clerk was amazing. More
Not such a good experience this time. Went for a tire repair since I have road hazard policy and was told it would take most of the day because they didn’t have a tire. Initially said I’d need to pay $45/day but glad to find out road hazard covered it. Wasn’t expecting such an inconvenience. Also initially asked me if I wanted to do my maintenance check at the same time. Not thinking the tire would take long, I said no but not asked again when it was confirmed they’d have it for the day. Upon receipt the maintenance sticker was marked as if maintenance service had been done, but once I inquired,found it had not. Glad I asked. More
