Jeremy, We're disappointed that despite our best efforts, you are still dissatisfied. We've gone above and beyond to try and resolve this issue caused by tinted windows on this vehicle that you purchased elsewhere. At your most recent visit last weekend, we parked your vehicle in the sun to see if this made the issue worse. When our Service Manager, Patrick Smith went out to your vehicle, the window worked normally, and we have provided you a video of this.
