I feel that my car is well taken care of and no one tries to “up sell” me services I don’t require. The one area where I think improvement could be made is shortening the wait time after you have checked out. I waited quite a while for them to bring my car around. This is my third Toyota Corolla I’ve leased and each time they get better and better. Dale my salesmen was great! He knew this car like he built it himself.
