Likely good intentions to keep you with your service writer but should closely monitor wait time. It already takes a long time getting in and out of a dealership service dept. More

Ken in Service Dept was great. Best dealership experience ever. DCH had a used Lexus trade in I was looking to buy. I called them and requested them to take the vehicle to Lex Best dealership experience ever. DCH had a used Lexus trade in I was looking to buy. I called them and requested them to take the vehicle to Lexus for a pre-purchase inspection. They declined, so I drove myself & family from LA to do it in person. The quality of customer service was night and day! Lexus offered us a place to sit, refreshments a bathroom, beautiful leather couches and a TV. Matt did the inspection (which they recorded and send you a copy of the video). He was very thorough. Turned out there was a coolant leak and a valve cover issue, not to mention other repairs that DCH had "missed in the inspection". Upon my return with the vehicle, DCH had double booked our time slot so they asked me to remove my family and car seat from the vehicle since there was another family interested in test driving. I had told them I wanted to purchase the vehicle before I arrived, when I picked the car up and when I returned it! Upon arriving at the dealership we were never offered even a place to sit, let alone water or even a bathroom. So I sit down with the manager to talk about the repairs the vehicle needed so I could drive the car off the lot & he refused all of them and tells me "at least you did your due diligence". Literally $500 in repairs we couldn't settle on. Needless to say DCH was looking for a suckered. Thanks to Temecula Lexus, that wasn't me! More
