Just this past weekend, I left my laptop in the loaner vehicle provided to us. I called the dealership afterhours and spoke to Alice. She listened to my situation and explained to me that the service manager is gone for the evening and will return Monday. After voicing my concern, she worked tirelessly to get hold of the service manager. Received a call today and now my device is now in my possession. Went in to get information about a possible recall. My service advisor was Cody Santana who clearly explained what the problem was about my concern. Two previous visits to Buick dealers I was told I needed a new water pump which I declined. Today Cody had them inspect my vehicle and I did not need a new one.
