Waited 2 hours and vehicle wasn't serviced. Had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and recall service with Nick Pellegrino, the service advisor. Nick promised the vehicle would be ready by 1:15 pm. I waited 2 1/2 hours at the dealership only to find out from Nick that they hadn't even started the service on my vehicle (not even the oil change). How can you be a service advisor and not even know the status of the vehicles that you are in charge of?! Absolutely horrible service and I would not recommend him to anyone. Additionally I was told by Nick that a manager would be contacting me, and that hasn't happened. My family has bought numerous vehicles from this location and will no longer recommend it to anyone! More

You know more than they do. I went to this dealership to have my Allison Transmission serviced and I cane away with THE worst service experience of my life. Cody assured me that I went to this dealership to have my Allison Transmission serviced and I cane away with THE worst service experience of my life. Cody assured me that the correct fluid would be put in my transmission, " we put in what the manufacturer recommends...". Not in my case. Allison recommends a TES-295 or equivalent fluid for my transmission, they put in Dextron 6. I showed Cody two different Service Bulletins FROM Allison that stated, "simple exposure to Dextron 6 can cause degradation to the seals utilized in early(2000-2005) Allison 1000 transmissions!!! Cody, nor Jesse the Service manager would remove the fluid from my truck voluntarily. Armed with two bulletins from Allison, they basically told me to pound sand. I wound up paying another $320.00 to have the correct/approved TES-295 (purchased directly from Allison) fluid put in my truck. I would advise all DURAMAX enthusiasts to seek out knowledgeable service elsewhere. More

Paradise Buick, Temecula, CA--NOT TRUSTWORTHY! This dealership (Paradise Buick GMC, Temecula, CA) left me feeling so disgusted that I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them! Someone in their serv This dealership (Paradise Buick GMC, Temecula, CA) left me feeling so disgusted that I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them! Someone in their service dept. (my belief is it was the female service consultant who drove my car into the service bay) stole items out of my new Buick when I took it in to have service done. No proper investigation was done and they just blew it off like it was nothing. Well, I don't take it as NOTHING, in fact I take theft VERY SERIOUSLY and should have reported it to the police. Now I don't feel like I can ever trust this dealership again. These things trickle down and affect every person working there, because it eventually means loss of sales. In the future when I need to take my car into Paradise Buick GMC for any service work, I will strip it of EVERY ITEM inside of the car and the trunk. More
shout out to the maint team! It makes people happy to invest in a new car, however when your tire is low the first day you drive it it makes one sad..so I immediately called Carly It makes people happy to invest in a new car, however when your tire is low the first day you drive it it makes one sad..so I immediately called Carly H my service consultant and she had me in the same day! They gave me a loaner to get to work, ordered a new tire and I picked up my new vehicle that same day after that at no charge and replaced my tire!..so every step from the purchase to maintaining my new ride was fully supported by the Buick GMC family..cant wait for my first oil change!! Thank you all so much for your detailed guest service!! More
