Purchasing our 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy was seriously an amazing and smooth process. From the second we met our sales rep, Ryan Ruiz, it felt like we were hanging out with a close friend. We did not feel like he was a pushy car salesman, which was a breath of fresh air. Once we locked in the right vehicle, it was time for financing, and we were blessed again to work with Sean, who again was also amazing. It was like hanging out with another friend, and the process was really fast and fun. To anyone looking to purchase a car, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Temecula, and I would highly recommend asking to work with these fine gentlemen. In a time with crazy interest rates, I was really satisfied with the rate we got on our purchase as it was one of the best rates we had been quoted from three different dealerships we went to as we were looking at buying a new car. Well , we had another serious problem with our 2012 Limited Sonata! This is a big thing because I have serviced this car perfectly! My husband drove our crippled Sonata to the dealership! He took charge perfectly picking up the service from where Carlos left off. During this experience we were helped by a big team consisting of Courtney, Travis and Carlos. I know I'm missing some other names but I do remember the help you gave us! It took awhile but once again the engine was replaced under warranty. We are grateful to all that helped us! They provided us with a rental car since our only car was at the dealership for quite awhile. We'd check in from time to time but soon learned we didn't need to drive to the dealership. It was a process that involved the cooperation of their corporate office. We are so happy to have our car back! It's sleek, clay bar cleaned and sparkles. People often ask what year is it and are amazed it's a 2012 with over 210,000 miles on it! Maintenance is so very important! Thanks to all of you! We are very grateful!! More
