My visit at Tejas was not so pleasant this time. I waited litteraly approximately 3hrs for a tire rotation and oil change. Finally after tiresomely waiting I walked outside and noticed my car had been pulled litteraly approximately 3hrs for a tire rotation and oil change. Finally after tiresomely waiting I walked outside and noticed my car had been pulled around and ready for check out. I had to go inquire about my car all to find out that the paperwork was still sitting on someone desk and had not called for me to pick up my vehicle. I really get great service at Tejas but for some apparent reason Saturday customer service was not so great. More
