ZERO STARS! My last experience was full of disrespect. The lady name Melanie was the most disrespectful of them all. She is the financial manager at Tejas Toyota. As soon as we walked in, she said “what do y’all want” with such an unpleasant tone of voice and rolled her eyes. She did not care to help our situation whatsoever. She simply told my family and I to leave or security will be called. What kind of service is that???? She laughed as we walked off too. My family and I noticed that the coworkers from Toyota dealership also do not seem to like Melanie. The workers even made the “I feel bad that you got to speak w her over anyone else” type of face. We still have yet to be helped. More
