Don't wast your time. I drove an hour an a half after calling ahead and getting financed. When I arrived the bike had been sold. The salesman told me that management told I drove an hour an a half after calling ahead and getting financed. When I arrived the bike had been sold. The salesman told me that management told him not to call me when he found the bike had been sold. I reluctantly and now regretfully bought another bike. This is almost a text book example of a bait and switch. Now that I bought the new bike. They had lost the keys when I was to take it home. They ordered a new set of keys and lost those too. The other parts that were a part of the purchase deal have also yet to be seen a month after I bought it. So apparently there are now 2 sets of lost keys. They managed and staff repeatedly lied to me about various things about the bike. I even took another certified Harley mechanic with me and he told them they were wrong about most of everything I was told about the bike. They have yet to make good on any of their contractual promises given when the bike was purchased. I would highly recommend NOT doing business here. There are several other dealers in the nearby area that seem to be more helpful to me and I didn't even buy the bike from them. After all... I have only been a ASE mechanic for 30 years and I am now a warranty company inspector and adjuster. I even told them I work for their warranty company. Don't take your bike there and don't buy one from there. If there is a warranty issue I doubt it will be resolved. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! More
