I had my car service less than a month ago... they wash my car but a couple of days later my daughter noticed my headlight and asked me about the headlight. I didn’t have no idea or how this kunck got on m my car but a couple of days later my daughter noticed my headlight and asked me about the headlight. I didn’t have no idea or how this kunck got on my headlight... I went to the dealer today to get it looked at.. The service manager wouldn’t allow me talk, he keep cutting me short telling me that it was wax on my car in which he could tell that my car had not had a wax job. Then he proceeds to tell me it looks like it’s a uv damage that they can replace my light for $49.95 ... The whole issue was that I wanted to get the issue resolved, I wasn’t trying to get anything for FREE. They do all the maintenance to my car but because someone screwed up they wanted me to pay... SERVICE MANAGER HAVE BETTER LISTENING SKILL to help your paying customers!! I don’t want anything for free just resolved a complaint or a problem... More

Car keeps going to idle when driving Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second tim Hi I sent my car in for the second time for you to try and tell me why it is doing this, they did a second diagnostic test and charged me a second time to, 12/05/18 16055493/2 and 02/09/19 16058351/1 they rattled off a bunch of codes from the transmission and said it would cost me $4000.00, they did not give any other suggestions, i can not believe that it is only the transmission,the fist time they changed the tran lines topped the oil drove it and said it was fine, then this time i was told it had the wrong oil, this is my sons car and has not got much of an income, and the first time I took it in they put a new battery in, and when we picked it up they had to jump it off when we got home I had to replace it, so I am little upset. and will have a hard time recommending you. Charlie had my car looked at and they fixed the problem quickly and also washed my car. They were able to tell me what had happened and what I would eventually have to do. Service scam Brought my wife’s car in for a oil change. They returned telling me I need to replace the air and cabin filter as they were both in very bad shape. Went home to check the filters and as I expected they are new and in great shape. Both filters were still white and looked brand new. I called and spoke to Charles who tried to tell me I was looking at the wrong filters. I will never bring her suv or mine to them ever again. Asked for the customer service hotline number and he didn’t have one for me. Poor service. More
Worst Customer Service for such a Great Brand! We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resol We bought 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Ted Russell. Sales Rep keep calling us to leave 10/10 review. However, where certain sale issues were not resolved to our satisfaction, we reviewed with less than 9/10 review. Since then, the customer service and service department there had been horrible with us even for factory recalls, pre-paid oil-change appointments. For couple of service issues such as tires, visor and rubber moulding Ted Russel gave us quotes that are hundreds of $$$ higher than their competition just to deter us from coming there. The dealership advertises a replacement vehicle if you set up factory-recommended Warranty, but when you go there- "we do not have loaner vehicles today," which is almost everyday response. From their Sales reps to service managers, we have had horrible, rude and very un-professional experience. It is as if they forgot to smile the moment after you closed the deal. While you are making the deal, they offer you snacks and coffee, and make you comfortable but as soon as you bought the vehicle, their unprofessionalism is clearly palpable in their attitude and rudest customer service. Even Nissan recommended us to go to their competitor for future services and transferred our paid warranty to this other dealership. And we have had great experience at this other dealership- from free car wash to loaner vehicle for any service needing more than 2 hours. I will never do business with Ted Russell. I will encourage you do your homework before you go to Ted Russell. Call Nissan and ask them for the ratings of customer service. Do not let the perk based customer reviews on Google fool you! If anyone needs proofs of allegations I made, I can send them my receipts. More
got good service Murano needed AC compressor; took me immediately though it was 3:00, parts in stock, good fair price. Car fixed, washed/polished, Happy all around. Over and above Went in for a routine oil change, etc....had an extra little request that they took care of—no charge! And my wait time was maybe 20 minutes.
