I can't say just how fabulous my experience was with Derrick Hansen. From the time I got out of my car and he meet us, he was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the MKX I wanted and bought. Derrick Hansen. Don Armstrong was very professional and respectful, and was very informed of all the features of the vehicles in which I had an interest. He was very easy to work with, and was not at all the pushy, stereo was very informed of all the features of the vehicles in which I had an interest. I will highly recommend him to friends in search of a good vehicle at a good price. In summary, I am very pleased with my new Edge SEL, and with the entire shopping experience at Ted Russell Ford/Lincoln.
