I have had 2 experiences with this dealership and both of them were terrible. I purchased a ford explorer and the process was relatively smooth, including the trade-in of my former vehicle. The problem came 2 weeks later when i was asked to come in and resign a different contract because of an issue with the bank (not a credit issue, the bank would not allow the dealership to add a mere $200 to my purchase amount from the negitive equity of my trade-in). I thought this was strange, but I asked what is a good time to come in, and when i went in the person I was supposed to talk to wasn't even there. So after another employee finally contacted the right person, he found the contract I needed to resign. A couple weeks later, I receive a call to come in and resign the same document that I already signed. Between these two times having to travel to the dealership, and also having to go up several times to get new temporary tags (I'll get to that), I was getting very irratated. Reluctantly, I sign the contract because I liked the vehicle and the interest rate, but that wasn't the last time I had to visit the dealership. A couple weeks later I received a Text message from the same guy I had been working with, asking for me to fax a copy of my drivers license for the bank. A TEXT MESSAGE! Obviously, he knew I was upset by our previous encounters, but now the unproffessionalism was taken to a new low. Still, reluctanly I got him what he needed. Now, after all that, It took nearly 4 months for them to get me my licences plates and registration. I had to go every 30 days to get new temp tags and each time they said that my plates should be in anytime and they would mail them to me. They never mailed them and I had to go up and get someone to hunt them down. Needless to say I will never use this dealership again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. More
Due to their extensive selection of models I found a more difficult to locate vehicle that I wanted. I've been a loyal customer of another dealer for a lengthy time so I was cautious. Finance manager, Vince Cannon, went above and beyond his duty station to help with the sale and John Qualls was terrific in getting me set up on the truck's Sync capabilities. Was a great experience. Doug went out of his way to insure that we were able to select the vehicle that we wanted. Requested info on the 2013 Escape late Tuesday night, the next morning received the information on the Escape from Andy. I am currently living in South America, and the goal was to find a vehicle for my wife. I located a vehicle I liked online, sent a request to more information and within 30 minutes received a call from Andy to find a vehicle for my wife. It is worth noting the call was after 9pm so he really went out of his way to initiate our discussion. He was able to provide all of the information I needed to make an educated choice on the vehicle, along with the reasons it was priced the way it was. We arranged a test drive for my wife in which she gave me the same response on the knowledge and friendliness of Andy, along with the relaxed atmosphere of Ted Russell. I was never forced into uncomfortable situations as is common at many large dealerships just looking to make numbers. Because of all of these reasons, and specifically because of the sales rep we dealt with we decided to proceed with the purchase of our Ford Edge. Overall great experience. More
