Spring Check up and new tires Daughter was getting ready to go to Beach trip and I wanted the car checked over etc. I had a coupon that I received in the mail for a Spring Check, a Daughter was getting ready to go to Beach trip and I wanted the car checked over etc. I had a coupon that I received in the mail for a Spring Check, and called the Dealership. They had an appt. that day, and I dropped the car off. They noticed the inspection was going to be due in July, so offered to do that as well. After the inspection, they called and said the tires had failed inspection and gave me my options. We decided to go ahead with 4 new tires since the ones in the back were pretty close to failing as well. I could have put the ones that came on the car but they were expensive and obviously wear out faster than others (high performance and only had 20K miles on them. Mike gave me all the options, prices and recommendations. They didn't have them in stock, but would get them the next morning. They offered me a loaner (free with our Ted Britt loyalty program) and called me as soon as one was available. Great customer service, kept me in the loop, and did the service as promised as quickly as they could...knowing we were definitely on a time crunch. I read bad reviews on Yelp, and had my concerns, but the gentlemen I worked with were great! More

I called on a Sunday afternoon as my passenger window would not roll up- Ford Quick Lane did an excellent job servicing my recently purchased vehicle. I called on a Sunday afternoon as my passenger window would not roll up- and the individual I spoke with said I could come right over. I was able to drop my car off, speak with an employee, and leave in a rental car within 15 minutes of arriving. Jon Lavigne was the agent I worked with- he was extremely friendly, polite, helpful, and willing to answer all my questions/concerns. While I am disappointed with the Ford vehicle I purchased in early May, I have been very impressed with the service I have received thus far. More
