I am really excited about my new Ford Escape. It is exactly what I needed in terms of a safe, rugged, comfort, and it was a reasonably priced car. David Black was outstanding in helping me to get the e exactly what I needed in terms of a safe, rugged, comfort, and it was a reasonably priced car. David Black was outstanding in helping me to get the exact car I wanted at a reasonable cost. He went over and above in terms of customer service----let me borrow a new loaner in the middle of transaction to take my mom home. He filled my new car with gasoline. I can list a dozen things he did to make the deal completely over the top in terms of outstanding customer service. What I really want to say is, I need to eventually buy my daughter a car, Yikes. I will return to Ted Britt in Chantilly and I will go to David Black because I trust he will act in my behalf to find the best car for the money. More

My wife and I visited Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly to check out a new 2013 Ford Fusion. My vehicle had died the night before and we knew we had to replace it. The first person I spoke with before even arriving at the dealership was Lisa Walker. She was very kind and attentive as we discussed what my wife and I were looking for. Once we arrived at the dealership we met with Lisa and she introduced us to Carlos Lujan. Carlos was the sales rep with whom my wife and I worked through the purchase process with. Carlos, like Lisa, was a very kind and attentive individual. He knew the product well and was able to answer our questions. We also met with Christine Yeh. Christine was amazing. Christine was able to help us out immensely and got us approved with a fairly decent interest rate. Lastly, I met with Christina Wimish who walked me through setting up my phone with the cars blue tooth system and teaching me how to operate the touch screen in the vehicle. Christina was very knowledgeable and precisely answered my questions. Overall my wife and I were very satisfied with the customer service we received at Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly and would recommend them to anyone. We will definitely be back. More

Brian Affricano are your go to guys in Chantilly hands down no matter what salesman comes your way. He will personally help you out as much as he did for me. He helped me when my vehicle broke down 200 mi down no matter what salesman comes your way. He will personally help you out as much as he did for me. I was first skeptical about talking to him when he helped my fiancee first with her Escape just because I assumed he was just like any other salesman. Not this guy. He cares about you, even when you're in hard times. I'm not trying to make him a superstar but I will tell you this, if you don't go to him for a deal that he can help you out, you will make the biggest mistake in your life. Christine Yeh is also the go to person when it comes to financing. She helped me just like Brian and I can never thank her enough what she has done. I would've given them 5 stars, but I was left sitting alone for large blocks of time while my salesmen either consulted someone or was waiting for something. Not a big deal, but I felt the process could've been a bit quicker. Definitely not an issue with any of the people I worked with; more so with the entire flow of the operation.
