The staff was very friendly, despite the fact that we arrived thirty minutes before the dealership was scheduled to close, and didn't finish until several hours later (around midnight). The salesperson, Mike, was very patient, and didn't resort to the typical high-pressure tactics that are common in the industry. He worked through a few issues to meet our price objective, which was fairly aggressive. Christine, the Business Manager was outstanding. She was very personable, perceptive, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Claudia in customer service was also very helpful, but we didn't get to work with her for very long since it was very late, and we just wanted to finish for the night. She followed-up the next day to make sure that all was well, and to see if we needed anything. More

Ryan is very customer friendly, polite, and extremely knowledgeable of the Ford product line. Ryan's customer service and dedication to providing the highest level of service extends to providing his cell phone and says "Call or text me if you have any questions" In the buying process, I did in fact text Ryan and he promptly responded with answers and solutions. To the testament of Ryan's work ethic, he successfully multitasks to make the buying process as quick and simple as possible. I would highly recommend Ryan Carr to anyone who is in the market for a Ford at Ted Britt. Buying a car is always a stressful event and this was no exception. But Mike worked to make it as stress free as possible, even when things kept going wrong. Our experience was a slightly unusual one. We found the car we were looking for online at Ted Britt Ford. The only problem was that it was in Chantilly, VA and we were near Fayetteville, NC. To alleviate the trouble of travelling and negotiating in person the employees were super helpful over the phone and through email. We were able to make a deal for "out the door" in two days. The third day we drove to VA to pick up the car. We met Mike Asay who showed us the car and answered any last questions that we had. He then started up the paperwork to finalize the sale. After speaking with a couple other individuals, the process was complete in a couple of hours. Overall I would say we had a great experience purchasing our new car from Ted Britt Ford. After using an online auto buying program and visiting another dealer only to find that I was invited to see a car that hadn't been delivered, and was given the run around regarding my trade-in, I left th another dealer only to find that I was invited to see a car that hadn't been delivered, and was given the run around regarding my trade-in, I left that dealership quite disgruntled with my low opinion of car dealerships damaged even more. Determined not to completely waste my day I started searching via my mobile device for nearby dealers who had the car I wanted in stock. I found Ted Britt Ford. Their mobile website was great, online pricing was available and didn't say "Call for Price" and they offered a higher level trim for less money then I was quoted elsewhere for a lower trim model. I showed up as a walk-in asking to see the model of car I wanted and while confusing the sales person helping me on exactly what I was looking for they were great in helping to identify the exact model I was asking interested in. Ryan Carr happened to be nearby getting a cup of coffee. He was called over putting his coffee down on a nearby table to help me out. We went out located the car and took a test drive, Ryan explained the features of the car without lots of fluff and giant sales pitch, answered exactly what I wanted without a hard sale. We came back and I told him I was interested in the car and I would like a quote out the door, and that I was not looking to finalize a purchase until the next weekend, but would be making a decision in the next couple of days. While of course as a dealer, they did try to convince me to make a purchase that day and asked what they could do to have me purchase the car that day. They weren't pushy about it. I also dealt with Joey Sivak in the business office and while I had expected the usual push for extended warranties and the other usual upsells, again, Joey gave his pitch without being pushy. Both Ryan and Joey were accommodating and helpful in the process and I would purchase from Ted Britt Ford again. More
