I have been interested in the 2013 Ford Focus SE for a while before I had come in for a test drive with Brian, but I wasn't expecting to purchase the car that day! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had - and I have had many. The folks here were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. I was especially pleased by the fact there and I have had many. The folks here were professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. I was especially pleased by the fact there were no sales pressure tactics used (like my favorite - "this price is only good today"). Mike worked with me to achieve the car and deal I needed. I was looking for a new SUV, and the Ted Britt website with 0% financing caught my eye. Went to Chantilly dealership, the Explorer was on the lot, met Mike Asay and he let me test drive the SUV. OMG! What an awesome experience trading and buying at Ted Brit! I have bought cars from other dealers before, but this experience was overall the best ever. My salesman Mr. Mike was extremely friendly/ knowl Brit! I have bought cars from other dealers before, but this experience was overall the best ever. My salesman Mr. Mike was extremely friendly/ knowledgeable of the business and cars. He exceeded my expectation as a dealer. Most places I have bought cars from dealers are extremely and aggressive and rude to customers. This wasn't the case here at Ted Brit. Everything was pleasant when we walked in the door and the facility was very nice. The used car sales manger Mr. Dario also rock! These guys are genuinely great sales representatives and truly put customers first. Everything was a breeze including the final paperwork in finance, everything went In a well timely fashion.
