THE STAFF AT TED BRITT FORD AND LINCOLN WERE SO AWESOME! I CAME IN NOT KNOWING WHETHER I WOULD WALK OUT WITH A CAR BUT THE STAFF REALLY HELPED ME OUT. I had been shopping for a new truck for a while. Debating between brands. My company has done business with Ted Britt in the past so I figured I would give them a shot. I had gone in and started looking at an F150 and was trying to decide between the ecco boost and the 5.0 v8. Once I decided on the V8 I tasked Tedd Britt's salesman Chris with finding me one with the 6' bed. Once we found it, it was only a short time dealing with Chris and the manager Lisa until we made a good deal. I will continue going back to Teb Britt and recomened them to friends. More

Fred Stoner is one of the most knowledgeable, enthusiastic salespeople that I've ever worked with. He is extremely patient, and dedicated to his work. Fred did everthing and more than I expected in getting the paper work ready and making sure the new truck was ready to drive away. He has given me several calls to insure that I had no further questions and offered her assistance if I needed it. Claudia was very professional and went through all of the features on the console to insure that I knew how to access each and everyone. She also set me up with syncmyride and insured the navigation chip data was loaded correctly. She also has given me several calls to insure that I had no further questions and offered her assistance if I needed it. Nimia was wonderful in processing my loan, getting me new tags and everthing else she did.
