Brian and Christine were absolutely incredible. Brian was excellent as a sales person and advocate not only for the Ford name, but also for me as a client. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and what they offered and got me into a great 201 only for the Ford name, but also for me as a client. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and what they offered and got me into a great 2013 Focus that I'm still learning things about. He also went to bat as far as getting me a really good deal that fits my budget. I'd absolutely recommend Brian and Ted Britt Ford / Chantilly to anyone looking for a fun to drive car that gets great gas milage (29.3mpg right now). No problems with the car or the dealership at all. Go there! More

Its hard to tell who should be blamed more, Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly or in Fairfax. I have always found the people friendly and open, but my latest buy has me worried. I went to trade in my car and ge Ford in Chantilly or in Fairfax. I have always found the people friendly and open, but my latest buy has me worried. I went to trade in my car and get a truck, I was on a tight budget and the sales rep was great in finding me a nice F150 that fell into my costs. Issue was, the truck was sitting on the storage lot for at least a year. It is a 2012, the last one they had and it was never maintained. No one did sate inspections, oil changes, tire pressure, etc ... I found scratches on the dash (in 2 places) and on the windshield, probably from someones ring. I had to bring the vehicle back to them 3 times now, going on the 4th. Only had the truck for a month. They have fixed the issue each time, which is nice, but having to take time out of my day to get something done that should of been done before giving it to me is pitiful. Ted Britt is known as a volume dealer, so it will have a nice selection of vehicles, so be ready for quality issues. More
