She was kind and very helpful in arranging the move, as well as setting up our appointment with Brian to get the test drive and deal started before we even arrived. We feel recognized and respected when we come to see them. On this visit we came to seek a trade and purchase for our Ford Fusion to get into a 2013 Ford Focus SE. Coming in, we knew that we were throwing some huge obstacles to Brian Affricano in order to succeed in completing a deal. He was straight forward and honest working hard for us to get exactly what we needed within the terms we afford. Christine Yeh previously handled the financing for our previous vehicle purchases and was there again excited and ready to help us tie up our deal. She displayed excellent communication and patience as this deal was a challenge for everyone. Ted Britt Ford is a great dealership, I've had my fair share of good ones and bad ones and this one stood out at the top. I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta and I went in not sure if I was going to b fair share of good ones and bad ones and this one stood out at the top. I recently purchased a Ford Fiesta and I went in not sure if I was going to buy. Charles went above and beyond other salespeople, he was fun to work with, professional, and he showed me the vehicle well, explained all of its features, and even explained the competition's features in detail with proof. The closest competitor was a Nissan Versa but the Fiesta edged it out because of the quality that went into the car, the gas mileage, the features and the reliability. When I said I wanted to think on it, he didn't have a problem with that and asked if I would still like a price so I could make a good comparison. I did, because I knew I'd buy if the price was right; he went above and beyond my expectations on price as well. He was speedy and had a great sense of humor throughout. I ended up buying the car and have never been happier! More

I used the web site for Ted Britt Ford / Lincoln to look at the cars that were offered at the dealership. My first contact was through e-mail, to set-up an appointment and did all the preliminary work. I c at the cars that were offered at the dealership. On the appointment day I drove the hour and a half to Ted Britt Ford / Lincoln and it proved to be well worth the drive. I was able to purchase a Focus SE with many features, and at the other Ford Dealer they were trying to sell me a bottom line Focus. From the time we walked into the door until the time we walked out it was nothing but a pleasure. There was no one we met at Ted Britt that did not go out of there way to mske us feel comfortable. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Ted Britt and it was worth the drive to get the car my wife wanted at the right price. If I hear that anyone is looking for a Ford I quickly tell them about Ted Britt. More
