Ted Britt Ford is a great dealership, I've had my fair share of good ones and bad ones and this one stood out at the top. Charles went above and beyond other salespeople, he was fun to work with, professional, and he showed me the vehicle well, explained all of its features, and even explained the competition's features in detail with proof. The closest competitor was a Nissan Versa but the Fiesta edged it out because of the quality that went into the car, the gas mileage, the features and the reliability. When I said I wanted to think on it, he didn't have a problem with that and asked if I would still like a price so I could make a good comparison. I did, because I knew I'd buy if the price was right; he went above and beyond my expectations on price as well. He was speedy and had a great sense of humor throughout. I ended up buying the car and have never been happier! More

I used the web site for Ted Britt Ford / Lincoln to look at the cars that were offered at the dealership. On the appointment day I drove the hour and a half to Ted Britt Ford / Lincoln and it proved to be well worth the drive. I was able to purchase a Focus SE with many features, and at the other Ford Dealer they were trying to sell me a bottom line Focus. From the time we walked into the door until the time we walked out it was nothing but a pleasure. There was no one we met at Ted Britt that did not go out of there way to mske us feel comfortable. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from Ted Britt and it was worth the drive to get the car my wife wanted at the right price. If I hear that anyone is looking for a Ford I quickly tell them about Ted Britt. More

I would give this dealership a perfect score because not only did they give me a fantastic price on my brand new ford focus, but also the customer service was great! First we talked to Henry Proano who helped up reach a desirable price, which when we called other dealership was said to be unbelievable. Then when we arrived we test-drove the car with Omid Adib who was extremely polite and helpful with the explanations of features, but was not overzealous when it came to selling the car. Then when we decided to buy Lisa Light came and helped us go through the sync part of the car and was so much fun to talk to! She was super funny and made the really boring parts of the buy actually fun! Nimia Ross was also very accommodating to my family and I and helped us get through all the paperwork quickly so we could drive off into the sunset! I really enjoyed buying from Ted Britt because they helped us find a fantastic deal and was glad to answer every question we had about the car, its features, and payment plans/rebates. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the near area, it took us an hour to get there but it was defiantly worth the drive!! More

She was thorough in her presentation, I would not have guessed she were new to the organization. My boyfriend, who was a car salesman for 20 some years was very impressed with your staff, especially Joey Sivak. When we walked out of his office my boyfriend said that Joey conducted himself in such a professional manner, he said he was the best he's seen. So with that, I think you'll agree that all the employess mentioned above deserve a raise, Ted Britt is lucky to have them as a part of their team!! Oh, I forgot about the car, it's nice.
