I, officially, have had the best car-buying experience that I've ever had! Brian Affricano has sold 3 vehicles to me in the past few years, and I would never deal with another salesman since meeting him. that I've ever had! He is truly looking out for your best interest, and I felt as if he really did care to get me the best price and payments that he possibly could! Claudia, from aftermarket, was also friendly and wonderful to deal with. She totally reminded me of my Mom! Loved her! Lani and Nina from finance were also a big help. They explained every part of the financial side of the purchase and weren't at all pushy. They didn't "force" me to buy all the extras, and recommended things that they felt were really important for me to purchase. Both friendly, easy going ladies that were a pleasure to deal with. And, last but not least, Dave Cumba, Brian's sales manager. He is outstanding, and very friendly and helpful. He, as well as Brian, got me a fantastic deal, and found the perfect vehicle for me and my daughter, that made both of us happy. Dave and Brian found ways to keep my payments low and got me a fantastic price on the Escape Titanium! I will never deal with another car dealership other than Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, and my salesman, Brian Affricano! Also, thanks to the porter, Tommy Trivett, that stayed over an hour and half past his scheduled hours, to get my vehicle detailed with Restistal and all gassed up and ready for me to take home! What a great kid! I highly recommend calling Brian if you need a new or used car, especially, if you're one, like me, that normally hates the regular car-buying experience! More
