Claudia Willett described all of the available options provided by customer service in a relaxed and pressure free way. I chose to purchase the paint and upholstery sealant with the seven year warranty. After the purchase was completed Mike Asay demonstrated all of the Mustang's features and even paired my cell phone with the car's SYNC system. I will definitely recommend Ted Britt of Chantilly to anyone that is in the market for new Ford. More
To highlight the strengths, our salesman (Mr. Crow) was personable, helpful, and informative on his company and the cars Ted Britt had to offer. The process to take a test drive was very easy. Customer Service was very friendly and thoroughly explained the additional options the dealership had to offer. Finance was very friendly as well and provided great patience with us throughout the late night discussions. Finance was very considerate and patient, provided good feedback, and was very helpful in connecting us with the appropriate personnel to complete the deal. Areas that I, as a consumer, noticed that could be improved is the amount of time that we had to sit idle. Understanding that the car buying process does take a couple hours, however, waiting 15-20 minutes for a gas ticket on one occasion and then also picking up gas for the car on a test drive was an inconvenience. It was hard to focus on the actual drive when the dashboard states 0mi to Empty with no gas station in sight. Better preparation of sufficient fuel in cars on the lot would be more helpful. Since both of the cars that were test driven had low fuel, the one we bought immediately needed a full tank of gas before driving it home. Even though this is a minor point, I would expect that any car dealership would offer or provide fuel for a car that is to be purchased (a gesture to offer a tank of gas, even though small, would sweeten a deal). Overall, my wife and I had a good experience and will consider returning to the dealership for our next vehicle. More

This was one of my first car buying experiences, and Mr. Hagan created a relaxed and low-pressure car buying experience. High-pressure sales are a car-buyer's nightmare, but Mr. Hagan made the experience at Ted Britt very pleasant. He was fair with the price, and provided all information up front. I believe that he was very transparent with the pricing and financing options available. Thank you Mr. Hagan and Ted Britt Ford! More

Both times Brian Affricano did an outstanding job and he is one of the main reasons my family decided to come back to this Ford dealership this year.
