Very Satisfied, so glad I took the drive to come check out Ted Britt Ford's lot! Dan Akers actually pulled me off a different lot, being fast to respond to the USAA Car Buying Tool that I used to find the out Ted Britt Ford's lot! Dan Akers actually pulled me off a different lot, being fast to respond to the USAA Car Buying Tool that I used to find the best deal on the car of my choice. I was ready to settle on a car we had looked at for approximately two weeks while obtaining financing, but after Dan's call I decided to run from Culpeper to Chantilly to check out their models and prices. Upon arrival (which I surprised them with, and I do apologize) Dan was with another customer and led me to Mike Assay to help me out. I appreciate not having to wait, though I would have, and I appreciate Dan knowing he might be giving up commission to get me the car I want at that time. Mike took me around the lot and though I had been only considering the Fiesta, I noticed the Focus was in the same range at their lot! I took a test drive and knew that I wanted a Focus. I appreciate both Dan and Mike running the numbers and doing their homework and getting back to me promptly. The next day I came in and actually got the best deal on the exact model that I wanted that had been unreachable at any other lot! Lisa Light helped us through the promotions while financing got us a better rate than our company in just a half hour's time! Christine Yeh helped us get all the paperwork signed and out the door as fast as possible, which I very much appreciated with a hungry three year old! All in all I am so pleased with my new car and I am a first time NEW CAR buyer! The experience is most certainly one I will recommend to others wanting to buy a new or used car! I originally went to this dealership to discuss a possible trade-in and to test drive a replacement vehicle. I walked out having traded in my vehicle and purchased a new 2013 Ford Focus ST. The folks at Ted Britt were great, Randy was a very patient, knowledgeable salesman and even helped me remember how to drive a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission. Lisa was friendly, and even gave me a few coupons good for various services. Joey was very "to the point" yet caring about getting the finances taken care of, and even helped me on getting a better rate with an added bonus. Dario, although I never spoke with him face-to-face, was behind the scenes helping me get a good deal on my trade-in and even helped me out on the cost of the Focus. This has been the best car buying experience so far, and I'm sure I will be back in the future for service and maybe even another vehicle purchase. More
