We knew we wanted to trade-in and buy a new Exporler or Edge. It was a tough decision and we ended up purchasing the Edge limited mostly because salesman, Dan Akers was very knoweledgeable about the vechi Edge. Everyone involved at the dealership was professional and courteous; Dan Akers, Claudia, Joey Sivaic, Lisa(Sales Mgr). We got the price we wanted for the new car and the trade-in. From the time we made our decision to the time we made it out of the door was an hour and a half. We purchased many new cars over the years and Joey Siviaic processed our paperwork in record time. Bottom line, our experience was top-notch! More
Earlier in the week I had my first at-fault accident where I totaled my 2000 Volvo. The wreck wasn't bad, but the car was so old that the cost of repair exceeded the value. I began looking for a new car through USAA's online car buying program. I submitted an inquiry for a Ford Focus hatchback via USAA's online car buying program around 3 p.m. last Saturday, 20 April. No more than 5 minutes later, John Church called to tell me that he had the car I wanted. Actually, the car he had had a few more features that the one I asked for AND was about $1,000 less than the USAA quote. I was in the dealership about an hour later completing the paperwork with David Black. While David was away getting the car washed and fueled, Lisa Light spoke to me. In particular, she would not let go of the idea that I MUST get the protective interior/exterior service. I told her I just couldn't afford it. Apparently, she told Leilani Harmon. When I was completing the financing paperwork with Leilani, she offered me a deal that I could not refuse on the protective service. I was able to get the protection for under $700 with a 6 year warranty AND a crazy low APR overall so that my payment is actually LESS than originally anticipated. I left the car overnight to get the protection applied. I picked up the car on Sunday and have, thus far, been completely satisfied. I haven't even had time yet to discover all the gadgets! On April 26, 2013, I visited the dealership with the idea that I might purchase my dream car, which is the 2013 Mustang Convertible. After I inquired about the car via internet, I was contacted both by phone that I might purchase my dream car, which is the 2013 Mustang Convertible. After I inquired about the car via internet, I was contacted both by phone and email letting me know exactly who would be showing me the car that day. I was immediately greeted when I got there and was very pleasantly surprised with how down to earth everyone was. I am a 31 year girl and was there by myself, so I was concerned that I would not be taken seriously or might be taken advantage of, since my husband was not there. This was not the case at all. Fred Stoner, who showed me the car and took me on the test drive made me feel so comfortable and treated me as if I was his own daughter. I really felt like he was trying to make me the best and most fair deal, once I had decided to purchase the car. I did not feel pressured or badgered like I have in the past when purchasing cars. I also felt like everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand, where as when I bought my last car, I walked out feeling stupid and like I had just been taken for more than just a test drive. I was very stubborn on where I needed my monthly payment to be, and after some negotiating and moving numbers around, Fred and Dario were able to get me where I needed to be. Dario was also not intimidating or impatient as I have experienced in the past. He was very likeable and professional. Once we had agreed on the numbers, it was time for allof the paper work. Let me tell you, the friendliness went on from there, and holy cow, Nina Ross knows her stuff! You could tell she had done this before! During the signing of all the papers she was very personable and able to carry on a nice conversation while still doing her job quite competently. Again, everything was explained very clearly and in a way I understood. Lisa Light, who explained some other things like the recommended Resistal treatments and such was also a delight. She even gave me her cell phone number just in case I had any questions after hours. It was getting close to the time that I had to be back to work, and everyone worked together to get me out of there as soon as possible, but they did not cut any corners by doing that. I really appreciate their respect for my time. Overall, I felt that my experience and the teamwork that I had seen at this dealership was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely not hesitate to encourage others to buy from there. I live about an hour away and will probably still drive there for my services while owning the car, just because I truly felt like part of their family and as if I had known them for years. Fred even called me this morning to make sure I made it home ok and to make sure I had a place to park it in Old Town, since I couldn't make It to city hall in time to get a new parking permit after buying the car. I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but this dealership deserves to be raved about. Thank you so much to all of you and even to those behind the scenes who I didn't meet. Whoever detailed and cleaned my car before I drove off was excellent. People were asking me how I got my wheels and tires so shiny while I was sitting at red lights. I went in just wanting to test drive the new Escape, and left working with this dealership, specifically Fred Stoner, made it as smooth as possible. The first person I dealt with, internet sales associate Jenny Kueny, was quick to provide pricing and gave a very reasonable offer, and salesperson Lila Pezeshkian was friendly and didn't pressure. Put them all together, including Lisa Light, and the experience was as ideal as one could get. I'll definitely consider them again for a second car, provided their offers are equally good. More
