I am overwhelmed to tears of joy due to the extraordinary efforts of Leonia Durant, Dave Cumba, Lisa Light and Christine Yeh at Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, VA. They made sure that I got the vehicle I wante efforts of Leonia Durant, Dave Cumba, Lisa Light and Christine Yeh at Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly, VA. They made sure that I got the vehicle I wanted within the right price with no pressure. They made me feel like it was more than just a sale. They were genuinely concerned about my needs, wants and concerns. From the time I entered into the dealership to the time I drove away with my new 2013 Ford Fusion, I was very well taken care of. Brian Affricano, Nimia Ross, and Lisa Light were really great to deal with. They were professional and I feel like they valued my business. The process was pretty painless and I would go back to buy anot great to deal with. They were professional and I feel like they valued my business. In fact, my fiance bought a truck from the same dealership just a few weeks ago and we were happy to give them the repeat business. I especially enjoyed talking with Lisa Light and am so glad she helped me realize the benefit of getting the sealant for my car. I had it out in the rain on Sunday and could really tell how well it works! Lisa also followed up with additional information that she said she would send to me. Often times that doesn't happen, so I think the customer service provided was really great. More

i edit this review now as it's two weeks post sale and i'm not being asked multiple times a day to do so just so they can get $10 a shot. now form point of driving off their lot to now is the reason and i'm not being asked multiple times a day to do so just so they can get $10 a shot. now form point of driving off their lot to now is the reason for revising. post sale is still part of the sales process. and looking back i would never go back to ted britt (any location). their attention to anything post sales stinks and they've seem to of lost that interest that they once had before the sale. if asked i would not recommend them at all. My mother-in-law and I spent a Sunday at the dealership. Literally. It was a long day. But Ryan, and everyone else there, took very good care of myself and my mom. Had a great experience with at the Ted Britt Ford in Chantilly. My salesperson Randy was very helpful, and everyone else made the process very smooth.
