I love my new Lincoln Navigator!!!! From start to finish...this was one of my best car-buying experiences to date. When I made the decision to purchase the vehicle, he went the extra mile to ensure that I received an adequate amount for my trade-in, and also, the best overall deal for the car purchase..(thanks also goes to Lisa Walker)...Randy is a superb salesman! Christine (finance) went beyond my expectations & fought on my behalf between 2 banks to secure the lowest interest rate & payment plan. She also encouraged me to obtain the 100,000 extended service plan, along with the maintenance plan...undoughtedly this will save me money over time. Christine made the car-buying experience fun & both my daughter & I laughed at her wonderful sense of humor while completing the paperwork. Indeed, she has great customer PR skills. Katie (customer service) was wonderful & I am very glad I listened to her regarding purchasing the Ziebart undercoating & Resistall. When I dropped off my car to have these applications applied, I was provided a loaner car without any hassels (again thanks to Christine). Christina (service advisor) offered excellent customer service and was very helpful & kept me informed on when to pick up my car after it was completed. Upon checkout & not knowing where to go, Claudia went out of her way to steer me in the right direction so i could complete the transaction. The service director Rob Tea THIS DEALER TREATS VETERANS LIKE TRASH I had my ford F150 in for service in DEC 2012 this dealer scratched my wheels!! The service director Rob Teasdale called me a liar!!! When I spoke to the owner G3 He made it right so I decided to give them a second chance this past month but because I was called a LIAR before I decided to protect myself by taking pictures of my vehicle including my odometer mileage! The mileage in my picture matched the service writer’s mileage that he observed and logged in their system!!!! My vehicle was in to have the front rotors changed and my seat frames replaced in my opinion and in the opinion of many service writers and managers 10 miles is a reasonable amount of miles to put on a customer vehicle when test driving before and after the work is done. My truck was driven 84 miles!!!!! WHY???? I don’t know!! I brought it to their attention and showed them my pictures and they acknowledged that 84 miles were put on my vehicle but they have no idea how??? They say their security cameras never saw my truck leave! and then they tried to blame after hours cleaning people(Rob Teasdale Said that)! Fact is they have no answers as to why my vehicle was driven excessively, how it was driven for those 94 miles, or even an apology!!! They just say we know there are 84 miles unaccounted for but we have no answer for you!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE THEY WILL JOYRIDE IT AND THEN PLAY DUMB!! THEY BETRAYED MY TRUST AND DONT EVEN CARE!! NOT TO MENTION I AM AN HONORABLY DISCHARGED U.S MARINE VETERAN AND MY TRUCK HAS MY VFW TAGS AND THEY STILL DID THIS TO ME!! AND THE OWNERS BROTHER IS IN THE NAVY WOW!!! More
Our sales person was very laid back and did not try to force a purchase. He was very informed about the vehicle and really made us feel as if here was there to help us make a decision versus pushing us t force a purchase. From the initial phone call I made to inquiry about a 2004 Audi listed on Autotrader.com to when I arrived and departed, Matthew was knowledgeable of the car, customer-oriented and was interested in meeting our needs to purchase a car for our son. One word describes Dave: miracle-worker! He's an excellent sales manager who did not have the high-pressure sales demeanor, only a willingness to help meet our goal of getting the car financed. Lisa was witty and knowledgeable as she explained available value-add options. Christine was also a consummate professional as she explained our finance terms and finalized the paperwork.
