Ryan Carr was a phenomal car salesman he was very helpful!! With me living in Kentucky which is about 400 miles away he was willing to help me out and let me know how much I get my new Ford Explorer helpful!! He had everything waiting for us and provided us with a smooth transition to our new car. Our family went to Ted Britt Ford/Lincoln in Chantilly yesterday. We drove 2 hours from where we reside and we are so glad we did. The ladies I dealt with were concerning, caring, and willing to work hard to get my business, not attend my barbeque as if we were life time friends. These ladies were genuine, and I don't use the term lightly. Whatever HR customer service practice you are utilizing needs to be the bench mark for other businesses. I submit, if this gets to senior management in the Ford company, please consider these ladies as the front-runners for a nice bonus, their customer service is unmatched. I've been a military man for 28 years and I Command respect, and the ladies I dealt with delivered without blinking an eye. Fred Stoner (my sales person) was as friendly, respectful, and thoughtful as the first time around. Lisa Walker (sales manager) is a dear and worked her butt off to meet my financial requirements and made sure all the numbers were on the level. With those two on the job I got more than I could have asked for in trade for my old vehicle, they helped me pick out a vehicle that was more feature packed than I had initially hoped for, and worked out a deal that I could not refuse.
