This is our second experience with Ted Britt and we must say that both experiences were great. Unprofessionalism & Untrustworthy 1.5 weeks after submitting an online credit application and reaching out to the dealer multiple times previously I spoke with Abdul Amiri. He informe 1.5 weeks after submitting an online credit application and reaching out to the dealer multiple times previously I spoke with Abdul Amiri. He informed me nothing was done with credit application and the 0% APR promotion I was interested was no longer available. I discussed that the reason I applied was to get the promotion and did not want to move forward at this time with the application. 30 minutes after this discussion, I was informed by Transunion that an inquiry was made on my credit. I think this was the direct result of lack of communication and poor processes at this dealership. And I've lost all trust and interest in working with Abdul and quite frankly everyone at this dealership location. More
